With this partnership, we are able to provide our customers with peace of mind on the road by offering a range of roadside assistance options based on your membership.

If you're worried about getting stranded with a flat battery, our roadside assistance agents can provide jump starts for your vehicle, as well as a battery test and alternator and electrical system test, plus condition checks of battery clamps and fittings. If the battery requires replacement, we also offer a free delivery of a new battery service. The cost of the battery is at the driver/member's expense and must be paid at the time of service.*

If your vehicle breaks down and needs to be towed to the nearest repairer or place of safety, our metropolitan and country towing services are available. With our metropolitan towing, we can tow your vehicle up to 50km, while our country towing service can tow your vehicle up to 100km. Additional distances and/or destinations can be arranged and quoted upon request.*

In case of a flat tyre, we can help you by providing tyre changes provided you have a roadworthy spare tyre. Please note that we cannot assist with damaged wheels or fitting of a tyre to a rim. We also offer emergency fuel assistance if you run out of fuel and forgot to stop at the last service station. Our roadside assistance agents can carry up to 10L or 50km worth of emergency fuel, which will be supplied at driver's expense.*

In case of a major mechanical breakdown more than 100km from home, we will also assist with car hire reimbursement up to $140 per day for up to 5 days. If you accidentally lock your keys in the car, we will try to open it for you. If we cannot open the vehicle, we will arrange for a locksmith to attend, with any additional costs over $70 payable at the time of service.*

Finally, if you require accommodation in the event of an accident or a major breakdown, we offer reimbursement of emergency accommodation costs up to $300 or $700, respectively, depending on the situation and your membership. Please note that this does not include pre-booked accommodation.*
